Our AoteaNZ Auckland and Queenstown stores are accredited with Quality Service Certification to ensure we offer the highest quality service to tourists. The Quality Service Certification program (QSC program) assures the tourism service quality; product quality; and management for Chinese visitors to buy tourism products and services with confidence.
The China outbound tourism Quality Service Certification program (QSC program) has been implemented since 2009 in accordance with the document issued by CNTA - China National Tourism Administration, in order to facilitate the healthy and orderly development of Chinese outbound travel market, guarantee the legitimate rights, interests of tourists and travel agencies, and improve the quality of travel services.
