How can I find the estimated shipping cost to my country?
Please add items to your basket. On the next "Shopping Cart" page, you will see the estimated shopping cost including shipping and tax deduction. Please select your delivery country from the drop down box below, and the grand total and your estimated cost of shipping will be displayed. You can choose your preferred currency. Supported currencies are US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, NZ Dollar and Japanese Yen. Chinese yuan and Korean won are not supported and for reference only. If you choose Chinese yuan and Korean won currency, then, the actual transaction will be processed in New Zealand dollars and there will be a small variance between the reference price provided on our website and the actual amount charged to you by your bank. You can make sure the estimate cost before the process of your order. On the "Shopping Cart" page, you will see the estimated shopping cost including shipping and tax deduction. Please select your delivery country below the grand total and your estimated cost of shipping will be displayed. After this, you can proceed to complete your order.
I've made my order, but I haven't received a confirmation email.
After completion of the order, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to you. If you haven't received it yet, please contact us. We will find out what the problem is and let you know.
In the process of completing the order, an error occurred. What can I do?
For security reasons, our system may terminate the process of your order if you stay at the security page for a long time. If you try again and the problem still doesn't resolve itself, please contact us.
I want to buy a product which is not on your website. Can Aotea order it for me?
Please feel free to contact us. We will find out if the product is still available and let you know. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with as much detail as you possible. Eg. Name of the product & the supplier, price, where you bought or saw etc.
I haven't received items I ordered yet.
It typically takes 3 days to deliver within New Zealand, 7 - 14 days for all international destinations. If the parcel still hasn't reached your delivery address, please contact us. We will find out and then let you know. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks to deliver in Christmas, Easter and the New Years holiday period due to the heavy demand for courier services.
I have not changed my password but still cannot log in.

Even if your password is correct and you still cannot log in, then, please check if your web browser is configured to accept cookies from our website.
