Returns Policy

If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item that you have ordered, return it to reach us within 28 days.  Refunds will be made once the goods are returned, using the same method as your original payment, providing that the returned goods are undamaged and in a saleable condition. Please advise us that you are returning goods so we can look out for them.

We want you to be satisfied with your goods. If there are any problems with your order then please contact Aotea New Zealand using one of the contact options shown on the 'Contact' page of this website.

Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If goods do not arrive please contact us and advise. We require written confirmation so we can advise overseas postal authorities, and before we can process a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Care has been taken to portray and describe goods correctly and accurately, but slight variations in actual goods supplied can occur.

The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to you.

We confirm that any personal information given to us by you will only be used by Aotea New Zealand and under no circumstances will be distributed to any other organisation.
