Aotea Souvenirs dispatches all orders within two working days of receiving an order. All of our deliveries are dispatched through New Zealand International express courier using their international air service for international deliveries. Postage will be varied depending on the weight of your purchase. You can view the estimated cost of your shopping by simply placing desired product(s) in the shopping cart.
For the majority of international destinations expect a wait of one week for your order to be delivered with a maximum of 14 working days. For New Zealand customers, it typically takes 3 to 4 days. This may vary from time to time for more obscure destinations.
For any special delivery requests such as a "gift card" please place your instructions in the "special instructions" box on the "delivery page" of the checking out process.
Delivery within New Zealand
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over NZ$50.00. For orders under N$50.00, N$4.50 flat rate is charged per order.

Postage
We apply postage fee based on New Zealand Post for worldwide delivery except China and South Korea. The postage will be varied depending on the weight of your purchase and the area to deliver. Duration of Delivery
We dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving an order. It takes between 7-14 days(*) to deliver by New Zealand Post International Air.
(*) We dispatch parcels on weekdays except public holiday in New Zealand. It may take more than 14 days to deliver in Christmas, Easter and the New Years holiday period due to the heavy demand for the courier service. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with its supplier on the next working day and dispatch as soon as we receive. If no stock is available at the suppliers or it may take more than 14 days to deliver, we will let you know and ask your request.
