These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Aotea Souvenirs website. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.
How to Order:
All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
Method of Payment:
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Amex, Diners, JCB, or China Union Pay. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
Out-of-Stock:
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address.
Pricing Policy:
All products on www.aoteanz.com are priced with G.S.T taken off for all international orders. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.
Delivery:
Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section on the website. The maximum period of delivery would be within 14 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
Return of Goods Policy:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 28 days after receipt of goods.
Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount.
Complaints:
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint please Contact Us through the contact form, or mail your complaint to the Aotea New Zealand Online Ltd., P.O.Box 106-172, Auckland City, New Zealand. We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 2 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

If you have an online gift voucher, it may be used toward the purchase of any item in our vast product selection simply by visiting our website.
Condition: 1) Discount excludes freight charges
2) Over $30.00 purchase is needed in order to use $10 online gift voucher.
3) Online gift voucher can be used only once with one receipt at Aotea online store. If customer has one receipt, online voucher cannot be used twice with different customer names.
4) Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

Upon winning a voucher, it is be redeemed for purchase of any retail product currently available on AoteaNZ.com.
